- to exclude any, even the smallest, alcohol doses completely;
- to limit or even exclude the products from a white flour, a potato (the cirrhosis can arise and from an overload starch);
- to drink tea from layer from dandelion flowers with granulated sugar. Use different infusions or tea instead of jam.

Jacob Bogatin: At early stages of a cirrhosis it is especially useful:
- to add nettle to grassy teas;
- to use a mix of juice: carrots and tomatoes, carrots and spinach in the ratio 10:6; carrot, beet, cucumber in the ratio 10:3:3 to drink instead of meal or in addition to meal, but separately from firm food in intervals (juice, then a break of 30 mines, further - the firm products demanding a chewing). - Chicory root, grass of a horsetail field, a yarrow grass, tutsan grass. 1 items of l. Mixes to fill in with 1 glass of boiling water and to leave it for 30 minutes to Accept on 3/4 glasses 1 - 2 times a day for 15 - 20 mines to meal. (Means is effective also at a hepatitis.)
The reason of pains in the field of a liver can be not only at a cirrhosis, but also at deficiency of microcells - calcium, sodium, is more rare some magnesium, calcium, phosphorus. A correct, natural food, vitamin-rich and microcells, amino acids and fat acids, enzymes, usually quickly puts a liver in order.
